He was quick to respond, gave helpful advice, and made sure to find bricks that matched perfectly with the existing wall. The repointing work was spot on too, blending in really well. The original work was of a very low standard, stud wall not straight, floor had to be lifted and more bearers put in and screwed down all this had to be rectified to finish the job, costing me a lot of money. bathroom furniture not delivered of which I paid for, I had to buy again.
