Get in touchLeo did a truly fantastic job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We needed a dated two-bed flat renovated for the rental market. Leo ran the project being our man on the ground (we live away from Margate). He helped identify the work required, completed the majority of it with his team to a very high standard (including painting, joinery, radiator repairs, ceiling repairs, bathroom renovation), and identified (and managed) external contractors to install a new boiler, new kitchen, and flooring. Leo was extremely responsive and communicative - regularly making video calls to show progress, highlighting decisions to make with recommended options. He made the process super easy - if and when we have another project we will definitely use his services again. The price was also very reasonable. What should have been a 10-15 day job stretched into an unbearable 40 days, and even then, they still failed to complete the work. I was ultimately forced to fire them.They wasted half of the materials that were purchased due to their inexperience, and they didn’t even know what materials were needed or when they were required.The workers also made a complete mess of the property, destroying existing areas by not covering their workspace.They damaged a £200 shower tray because they didn’t cover it, got paint all over the patio in the garden, and even smeared paint and adhesive on the internal floors.The overall finishing of the work they did manage to complete was extremely poor.one of the workers hit my neighbor's car and refused to pay.They also stole my laser level
