I am not a person who write anything bad about anyone but this is the first time I just can't hold myself. Don't want anyone to go through the same pain I am going through. I have called them to re do my bathroom and they recommend me to replace my conventional to Combi boiler first. Hired them to do the job, they did the boiler job and suppose to do my bathroom work after one week. So they left some bit of the boiler job and asked me to pay full amount, said "we will do rest of the boiler job later when we will come for the bathroom work" also said "giving you my words" ---Trap :( Chased them for 3 months, after one day when they didn't had anything to work on called me to do my bathroom work on a specific day (obviously when they don't had any other work)..arrived 2 hrs of the promised time (made some shit excuse, 10 year old can make better excuse :) ) I called at least to finish the boiler job. (that was the biggest mistake, to call them again :( ) It was my bad to trust these guys to enter my house again. They did something wrong with my boiler pipes downstairs, which is leaking crazy (around 2-3 drops per second, you can imagine how much water was poring down in an hour). Called them to come and fix that, no response.. sent lots of messages but no response back. After 1 week of chasing (just to see will they respond back), gave up and now writing this. Also while they did the boiler job, after that my kitchen ceiling was showing some sign of water leak.

They completed many jobs including fitting and tiling a new luxury bathroom, carpentry, laminate flooring and trouble shooting lots of build snags. My build was on a deadline and they worked very hard to get it over the finish line. Dave and his team are highly experienced, friendly and transparent on pricing.
