Get in touchI hired Victor for a bathroom renovation, and initially, he seemed helpful and knowledgeable. His Charm is his art of deception and I urge not to be fooled. He overcharged me and took advantage and failed to provide receipts for extra charges. While the bathrooms and kitchen countertop were completed, the radiator he replaced didn’t work. He blocked my number and refused to fix it after full payment. His attitude became rude and unprofessional. Now, I need to redo the LVT flooring he worked on. I’m pursuing legal action, as Victor took over £18k from me, charging £4k for a shower and sink replacement in a separate room and triple-charging for the kitchen work, which only involved a countertop and splashback. Veselin is extremely competent , pleasant and very hard working. I was astonished by his ability to restore the toilet every night so that we did not have to come downstairs. I am delighted with our new bathroom and the quality of the workmanship.
