I have been a general plumber for 8 years and fitting bathrooms for 5 years. I specialise in accessible bathrooms for the elderly and disabled and also fit common sanitaryware too. Having spent some time training others fitters for a well known company, i would say my strengths are attention to detail to achieve a seamless finish, and building a strong foundation for a snag free longlasting bathroom. My work patterns are flexible, i am able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. As well as doing a good job customer service is something i take seriously, keeping a close relationship with the customer from start to finish allowing you to be in control and keeping you at the centre of every decision every step of the way. Anthony has done a great job on the bathroom, it was in a very poor condition due to a previous shoddy refit. He faced a number of challenges to correct the issues and dealt with them all admirably. We need the bathroom to be fully accessible for somebody with some physical issues, he has transformed it to a totally usable and attractive bathroom. As I arranged this refit for a relatives house he supplied pictures and voice notes to explain any issues/resolutions and progress. I found Anthony to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional

Tom was helpful from the day he arrived to look at the project and prepare a quote. His knowledge and advice led us to tweak some aspects of the job and avoid a configuration that would have been less satisfactory. The job was started on the agreed date. The installation team were polite, respectful and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. The job took a bit longer than expected but the only additional charge was for changes that we made. There were some minor problems but these were dealt with on return visits without quibble. Particular praise for Luke who was here throughout the installation. We are delighted with the work and have no hesitation in highly recommending Tom and the team.

Siman finished the bathroom as agreed. During the project plan changed and he was flexible to accommodate changes and work around our plan. We had electricians coming in and he worked well around them to complete the job in time. The final results was perfect for what we need and my family are enjoying the two new bathrooms.

To be fair the bathroom looked good. I would have rated them higher, but his standards and principles are woeful. As i said the bathroom was fine but he failed to repair the holes left where he had drilled a hole for new drain pipes and failed to fill the previous drain holes. He was also paid for extra work which he said he had ordered the materials and would come back to fit. Its been two weeks where he has said he would comeback to finish and has failed to turn up. It's a shame as the worker he had doing the refit took his time and did a decent job and showed good principles to deliver a good job. It's a pity the owner didn't have the same morals.
