I recently hired Juliano and his team to renovate my two balconies, including repainting the railings and replacing the decking. They exceeded my expectations! The quote was fair, and they patiently waited for ideal weather to start the painting first, ensuring the best result. The team worked diligently and with remarkable attention to detail, replacing the old wooden supports—some of which were extremely rotted—and installing new composite decking. The transformation is incredible; the balconies look fantastic and are now safe to use. I highly recommend Juliano and his team for any renovation projects. I’ll definitely be inviting them back to tackle my roof terrace, likely next year!

These people are cowboys. The tiling was atrocious and they refused to fix any of the issues. The issues were: They did not use a levelling system and as a result, the tiles ended up lipping. Massive gap between the floor tiles and the wall tiles. Little slithers in the corner due to zero measuring. The tiles around the window are all jagged, not a single one was cut straight. They made a massive, jagged, hole behind the soil pipe. They cut massive square holes around all the other pipes. When asked why the holes are so big, their response was “filling will cover the holes”. Chipped tiles and not replaced. Door frame was fitted skewed. Attendance was poor. They said they would complete in 2 weeks but were still at the tiling stage 5 weeks into the job. The tiler smoked in the house without permission. They turned another room into a workshop and a tip. After being questioned about the quality of their work, they left the job, their rubbish and demanded more money.
