Get in touchThe builders keep changing dates and or not turning up. They gave pour excuses The leaks continued for about a month distroying the bedroom as well as the lounge Did not stick to our agreements with the payment. They took 50% of the payment but delayed the work for weeks. We agreed to send me the pictures when the work will be done then they will get paid. They contacted the insurance direct to get paid overpassing me. After the work was completed there were heavy rained . The roof leaked again. I contacted them several times job was not redone. It will cost me thousands of pounds as now I have to repair the roof and redone 2 rooms entirely. I have not choice but to take legal actionLatest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

His fees were very reasonable and he spent extra time fixing some other parts of the roof that he noticed needed attention without charging any extra. I've just reread the last review I wrote, which was 1*; while everyone else gave them 5. What's going on we wonder? I happen to work in construction as an assessor, so I do know what to look for. I've given Sam 5, although he was not perfect. He's probably earned it more than other 5s from people who are easily pleased. I enjoyed our discussion on historical issues; which to be honest swayed me a bit. What we are primarily concerned with in construction is the product more than the process. And although his communication left room for improvement, he is a conscientious worker who knows his business and charges a fair price. He is affable and likeable, as well as being effective.
