Richard provided me with a reasonable quote free of charge. The quote was also very descriptive, outlining in detail the work that's needed to be done( i.e. some repointing of the ridge tiles and some flaunching to the top of the chimney). We are very pleased with the outcome. It was completed within time scales as discussed. They encountered an issue with one of our brick walls but came up with a solution which was very helpful. They took everything away afterwards. A job well done. Mark kept us informed all the way through what they would be doing and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.
