Get in touchRoss was able to respond very quickly and arrived promptly. He did a thorough inspection of my boiler and ascertained the problem. He advised me to contact Worcester to have the part replaced as it would be a lot cheaper than if he did it himself. He spoke to Worcester to confirm his diagnosis. I admire his honesty and integrity for not simply going ahead with the work himself, which would have made him money, but would have cost me a lot more.
