He took time to listen to our requirements and came up with a design that was in line with our thoughts and yet much better! We looked at different options and Adam very quickly changed the drawings so that we could easily make decisions. He also provided informed, professional advice to guide us along the way. He managed the entire process of obtaining planning permission, including regularly chasing up progress and keeping us updated. This included obtaining permission for part of the extension within a root protection area. He also obtained building regulations approval and obtained input from a structural engineer as appropriate.
