Firstly Tom gave good price after visiting my property thoroughly. But when he started to work, after 2t3 days he said oh I gave you less proce for this work. He committed to pit few ventilation roof tiles after replacing the entire felt. But he didn't do it. I called and and sent him text aswell, he said he will do bit it's almost a year he never came back.

I was very impressed with the workmanship and how tidy the site was left. I can see why Collin is confident enough to offer a 10 year warranty with the works. Collin also went over and above to organize photographs be taken during the repair in order to assist with my insurance claim. Overall I would highly recommend Collin and his team and will be sure to contact them for any future building needs.

Pricing was competitive and Richard completed the work with his team in just one day so super quick! Having started the work, Richard also agreed to replace some broken tiles and applied new flaunching on the chimney. Pricing was fair. Communication was clear throughout and the work was completed to a high standard. Happy with the job done!
