He gave a thorough assessment and advised what work was required and why and addressed any concerns I had and provided an immediate quote. He came today and arrived on time. He worked without a break along with his son and completed the job in good time. He left the sight clean and tidy - wouldn't know he had been here! After completion he explained exactly what he had done and allowed me to inspect his work before leaving. He also did an extra repair to my guttering.
