Jamie will be looking at their poor work on my flat roof, which covers an extension, and, I hope, will also be willing to give his opinion on poor brick replacement and lead replacement on my front wall and sunroom respectively. My case may well go to a Civil court, so I need someone of Jamie's calibre to provide written and photographic evidence for me. Kept in touch ahead of the works, in case there were any changes. When the tile was removed, some additional issues were found - but as these were fairly easy fixes we weren't charged a penny more.
