Get in touchI have thought long and hard about whether to leave this review but decided that, since I base my own choice of who to use on My Builder on previous customer's reviews, I needed to be honest. There were many positives to the work Dan and his team did. They were all friendly and extremely helpful, often going the extra mile for me, and most of the work I am happy with. However, there is one aspect that hasn't worked, and I have tried, I hope politely, on several occasions now and over the course of a few weeks, to get Dan to at least come and take a look. While we're not back to square one after the work was done, I now have a different problem. My messages have been ignored and I will now need to find someone else to take a look. Given I don't really know what Dan had done to try to solve the original problem it will be tricky handing it across to someone. So just be aware that you'll be ok if the work goes well, but on your own if it doesn't. I do have a wide experience tiling (bathrooms, showers, kitchens, hall ways, ...), but I do other works as brick walls, stone walls, plastering, painting,..I have been working in the construction industry since 1999, but before I started, I was always around building sites where my dad used to work, so construction it has been part of life since I was a kid. Sometimes I don't use much this site because I am busy, so apologies if I don't answer quick enough.

Get in touchClifford plastered our dining room and utility room. Both jobs were tricky as it is an old house and he had to reboard the walls and part of a ceiling. He has made a lovely job of it all and the rooms now look immaculate. Cliff has been a pleasure to deal with. He gave us an accurate estimate of cost and when he could do the work and was 100% reliable. He also left the house tidy and clean. His quote was good value.
