They were clean, professional, friendly and were willing to complete several hours work on a Saturday to resolve the issue. It was explained to me in detail what the issue was and what work needed to be done to fix the problem. Will be contacting again in the future for the rest of my roof to be replaced. The leak I had which occured as a consequence of this issue caused my anxiety to go sky high and now due to the service I had today in sorting the problem my mind has been completely put at ease.
