George is very friendly and knowledgeable and always tries to find ways to save money whilst always doing an excellent job. He works hard and shows up when he says he’s going to, unlike our old builders! Was able to come to the house within 24 hours of requesting the job, and when he realised a part needed replacing on the shower he went above and beyond to come back quickly and fit the new part, and wouldn’t take payment until the replacement was made. We were knocking out a wall and some wardrobes to make a small en-suite into a larger bathroom and we're really happy with the results. Emiel oversaw the strip out, install of all sanitary ware, pipework, tiling, electrics, carpentry and plastering and it was great to have one contact for everything. We have been having lots of renovation works done and of all the suppliers, Emiel was the easiest to work with and very reliable. It was our first bathroom project and I think it's been a big learning curve for us - so many decisions and we now know a bit more about the costs and practicalities so for the next bathroom we will feel more prepared and can plan more.
