On thinking it over l informed Andrew that l wanted oak in the sliding shelves to match what l already had in the cupboard. He explained the cost would be higher and that softwood should be sufficient. Arrangements were made for him come and do the job. On arrival on time we discussed the material l wanted to be used and how the shelves were to be covered. He then proceeded to local suppliers to see what he could find. On return he showed me samples which matched my needs exactly as l wanted. On agreeing a price he continued to manufacture and fit the shelves, asking for my opinion from time to time as he proceeded. The job was completed surprisingly quickly, tidily and professionally very much as l wanted. He was quick to reply to the advert and able to accommodate our request at such short notice, as well as been competitively priced. He was punctual, professional and patient. (Especially with my 5 year old who insisted on been a helper!!) He made sure all our requirements were fulfilled and communicated fully throughout. A methodical, clean worker who left no trace….except the brand new doors! I would highly recommend Chris. So…if you are reading this, definitely give him a call. What most impressed me was Ben taking the time to sit down with me (for nearly an hour) and go over my requirements in depth before I'd even engaged him. Ben also has a network of other trades he works with who he engaged for other parts of the job. Again, they were all excellent people who I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
