Jamie has done a sterling job fitting our new kitchen. It wasn't a straightforward job either as we were putting the kitchen in to a room which was previously used as a living room, and therefore new plumbing and electrics had to be put in. Jamie was easy to work with, polite, efficient and helpful and completed the job to a high standard. He also laid the laminate wood flooring in our kitchen and hallway which was also very well done.

Simon was initially polite and communicative, and his team worked hard. However, the final quality was unacceptable. Multiple slabs were wobbling, several were poorly cut (one even had a visible cut line), and many sections were not level. Most shockingly, the grouting was missing across sections of patio. When I refused final payment until these issues were fixed, Simon’s tone changed completely. He returned to address the snags but offered mostly excuses; only two minor issues were resolved before he left. Ultimately, I had to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill to fix the work myself. I have the necessary equipment, but I shouldn't have had to use it. I see many positive reviews here, so perhaps I was sent the "B-team," but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Check your slabs and levels carefully if you hire this firm.

My bathroom has been transformed and finished to such a high standard Michelle gave the initial quote and she was very friendly and helpful .and gave some good advice. Rob worked very hard and it was a pleasure having him doing the work. He was friendly and professional and nothing was too much for him. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Russ, the project manager, was fantastic from start to finish. Roger, Ian, and Lucas didn’t just show incredible attention to detail, they also covered such a wide range of skills, from plumbing and plastering to carpentry, tiling and finishing touches. They kept everything tidy and didn’t stop until we were completely happy with the final result. The fact that Russ personally came at the end to sign everything off, down to the tiniest details, really made a difference. An absolute pleasure all around!
