Chris is attentive but like all builders, there are other customers to service which meant there were some slack periods in the installation which went on for 4 days - original estimate 2. The moving of the existing service hatch was resisted as Chris preferred me to install new. I resisted and we moved the old. To enable easy manipulation of the new beam Chris took 20 cm off the length without consultation. I was able to handle the structural engineer. In general, I am delighted with the work as Chris is clearly both competent and experienced and the finished job looks great now that the excellent plasterers I hired post Chris have finished off. I would highly recommend Storm Seal but like all Building Contractors agreeing on a specification and sticking with it is very important. Large garden room with WC. Great job. Really pleased with the end result. Took care of all the details and co-ordinated all the subcontractors (Window fitter, plumber, electrician etc.) without any drama. Asked all the right questions at all the right times . Clearly takes pride in the quality of the work. Professional and always turned up when he said he would. Great communication all through the project making sure I was happy with choices made (position of lights, sockets etc.). Dealt with additional requests in a flexible and reasonable way at a fair price.
