Took care of all the details and co-ordinated all the subcontractors (Window fitter, plumber, electrician etc.) without any drama. Asked all the right questions at all the right times . Clearly takes pride in the quality of the work. Professional and always turned up when he said he would. Great communication all through the project making sure I was happy with choices made (position of lights, sockets etc.). Dealt with additional requests in a flexible and reasonable way at a fair price. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly be using him again.Latest review:

Camera surveys with written summaries. Building of manholes Foundation dig outs concrete pours. Concrete slabs or bases. As well as demolition and dismantle. Ground reduction reinstatement. Fencing patios and decking.
Get in touchSoil pipe installation. It appeared to be a simple task of digging a trench and lay a soil pipe. Not the case because the concrete and footings were deeper than expected. Alex worked incredibly hard breaking up the concrete, digging the trench and laying the soil pipe. When it came to joining at an existing “Y” section Building control suggested an Inspection chamber, unfortunately it wasn’t possible so Alex very carefully broke into the main manhole and set the new pipe. Building control were very impressed and it passed inspection. When he came across unexpected problems he worked around them without fuss or drama and always had a solution. Alex undertook our project, that turned a little problematic, with a professional and calm approach. He arrived on time and worked hard all day with very few breaks. He was always courteous and kept us well informed throughout, his knowledge is exceptional. It was a pleasure meeting and getting to know Alex. We would thoroughly recommend him.
