Joe did a fantastic job for us raising our front garden wall. He came out to quote to understand what we wanted and matched the bricks perfectly for us within our budget and supported with the delivery of the bricks. Most of all turned up when he said he would and worked hard. He cleaned up after each day. This is the first time I’ve used the my builder app and with Joe. We were really happy with our experience with YBF Pearson. The project was a single storey extension, and Rod project-managed it all from start to finish. He was always on top of what was going on, and communicated to us at every stage. We've never done anything like this before and so we didn't know what to expect, but we were really kept in the picture and were able to direct how we wanted things to be. The quality of the work is great, everything looks fantastic. We were able to have open discussions with Rod about budget and he was clear about what we could achieve for what we were willing to spend, and there were no unexpected costs or bumps in the road. Rod is a pleasure to deal with and overall we have come away really happy.
