The dormer loft conversion went smoothly and to plan. Shane worked with the design company and building control to ensure everything was to code. He used his own subcontractors for electrical work, plastering, and decorating so everything was well coordinated and there were no significant delays. James came round quickly to quote my new kitchen fitting, and had a lot of helpful suggestions - one of which was to go for a Howden's kitchen as opposed to Ikea. This meant that the kitchen was considerably more expensive, but I definitely have a much higher standard of kitchen as a result, and there was no wait time at all compared to a considerable one at Ikea. Going with Howden's was made possible though James, and he arranged all of the planning and was on hand to contact throughout the process. The kitchen itself looks great. Joe repaired my old stone garden wall, which had collapsed. The collapse revealed a lot of additional mess from overgrown ivy, roots and plants, which Joe cleared when rebuilding. This was a partition wall and joe kept both myself and my neighbour informed throughout the repair. I would recommend Diamond Developments.Latest review:Bricklaying-
