I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Really, really pleased. I recommend IPS 100%. Excellent customer service, very skillful and with high standards from the first to the last. I will certainly seek a quote from them for any future work I need. Thank you guys. A***
