Get in touchVery poor experience, we employed Advance to build a 2 Storey extension unfortunately we had to terminate the contract of the company at first floor joist level due to consistent issues in regards to quality of build, not reading the drawings or spec leading to incorrect materials being used or sub standard materials for the project. Protection of property and general onsite cleanliness including leaving constant food and drink on our property. We had numerous issues with labour being onsite it was a build during winter that comes with its own problems however even good days were consistently missed with no communication from the management. We had to get numerous people out to review the build as it didn’t appear the onsite management understood the basic standards and requirement for the build. Finally after agreement and release of final pay the company refused to pay the scaffolding company for the works done on our property leaving ourselves with the further issue of scaffolding after we had paid. Get in touchDid an excellent job of a difficult extension, moving beyond access issues and working hard to deliver what we asked. Both Mick and Gordy did their best to support and accommodate the design elements of our extension. Having such specific ideas in mind, this wasn’t always easy, but we’re delighted with the finished product. The stonework in particular is superb and has been commented on by all other trades to the job. Would recommend.

Get in touchWe were very impressed with Isaac and the company, who came to our property and gave a very thorough examination and lots of advice. I instantly felt he was trustworthy and knowledgeable. After coming out we got a detailed quote which was fair and in line with other quotes we received. We also got a useful drawing to help visualise the extension.
