The wall, part of an outside-facing wall in a small bedroom of a Victorian terraced house, had suffered from long-term water damage and crumbling plaster due to years of exposure and a previously leaking roof. Richie was professional from start to finish – he assessed the situation carefully, gave helpful advice on the best approach (including using damp-resistant plaster), and completed the work to a high standard. The surface is now smooth, solid, and looks great. He also worked efficiently and kept everything tidy, which I really appreciated.
