All our tradesmen are time served with plenty of experience in the fields they work in. All of the jobs we undertake are covered with our insurances a copy of these can be issued upon request. We cover a wide area for undertaking work. We have a policy of once we start on site we do not leave until the job is finished (only will we leave if we are waiting on materials) We are happy to visit the job prior to starting so that i can introduce myself walk and talk the job with the customer offer advice or maybe find an easier solution to there job. This also gives me the opportunity to measure up the task and issue an accurate competitive itemised written quote. A start date and duration of the job can also be discussed when a visit is booked in. We try our very best to leave the customer with the finished job they require at the right cost done as efficiently and cost effective as possible. We pride ourselves on leaving the job clean and tidy with the hope of making a new customer relationship for all there future requirements.

I've just had an extension built by Smiths Building Services. They are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable . The quality of work is excellent and very precise. Their knowledge enabled them to recommend alterations to the original plans, which not only made the project cheaper but also made the building stronger. Also despite difficulties outside of their control kept the price as close as possible to the original quote. I would definitely recommend them for your building needs.

There were many issues left by the first builders but, Daniel tackled each one in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Valery Home Decor Ltd. If you are like me, after being badly let down by previous builders, I found it hard to trust anyone but, I found Daniel to be completely trustworthy, hard working, and stood by his word. He won't let you down!

He really took the time to understand what we wanted, offered helpful advice throughout, and never rushed any part of the job. What stood out most was how honest and considerate he was with costs. Rather than encouraging unnecessary extras, he was genuinely keen to help us save money where possible while still achieving a fantastic finish. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who also cares about giving customers real value. The workmanship is excellent, the attention to detail is outstanding, and the finished wardrobe looks amazing. Recently had an extension undertaken by C&C. I put the feelers out for contractors and they were fast in quoting and managed to squeeze me. I'd had massive issues with my previous contractor so I was a bit wary at 1st but the lads were spot on. Kept in constant contact, updated me on any issues, worked with me on any changes that needed to be made and did what they said they would, at a very fair price. The lads took ownership of contacting building control, grabbing materials where required and also drafted in additional help or trades when needed. Even after completion the lads have said they will come back and do any snags required if I spot anything. Can't recommend them enough.

We hired Patryk and Darek at Beelosophy to replace our wooden garden fence with a brick wall and help us re-design our garden. We were very impressed with both their skills and their experience within the industry. It seems like there is nothing they can't do. Their project management and planning skills are great and something a lot of other builders, who we worked with in the past, definitely lacked. They were punctual and always kept us informed about the stages of the project. If plans needed to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, such as supplier delays, Patryk and Darek were quick to work out a new plan so the project wouldn't have to stop. Throughout the project they were very resourceful and mindful on minimising the waste of materials. When we presented them with the ideas for our garden design they worked with us to come up with the best solution to pull everything together, so we would end up exactly with what we had envisaged. The accuracy they delivered the work with is second to none. I have never worked with anyone who takes so much pride in their work and it was certainly noticed by everyone. Having had multiple quotes from other builders for this project, Beelosophy has been very competitive. We are so pleased to have found them and they are our go-to guys now for any projects we have planned. We have already recommended them lots of people and we are looking forward to be working with them again.

Full bungalow refurbishment - there is nothing left of the original save for the outer brickwork! All the internal walls were removed, the attached garage was incorporated into the floor plan, new roof, plumbing, central heating, electrics, windows, bathroom and kitchen. James was recommended to me by a friend. He project managed everything from start to finish. The job was started in October and completed by Easter the next year. They were on site nearly every day - and it was a pretty cold winter! James was very professional, up to date with invoicing and keeping us informed re added costs, he interpreted our plans well and made little adjustments that weren’t in the plan, but made all the difference to the finished house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James, in fact a few of my friends have used him after reading my social media posts.
