Amazing 5* work! Highly recommend James and team. We had a kitchen ground floor extension completed last year; it has exceeded our expectations. James followed up all issues and questions in a professional manner. Jimmy fitted the flooring throughout the ground floor - perfect. Despite the appalling weather the work was completed on time. The extension is also built to such a high standard it weathered the Stalybridge tornado in December!!! We needed an extension to be completed due to an emergency. Samoo was able to provide a quote quickly. Once we accepted, Samoo and team were very professional, pleasant, quick and knowledgeable on completing the extension. We are extremely happy with the result and especially the time it has taken to be completed. I would highly recommend Samoo for any future jobs. Want a little wall or step or something building I’m sure you will be fine but please do not use these cowboys for anything bigger! Endless problems, had their money and now zero aftercare on shoddy workmanship, won’t answer calls or texts. They pay suppliers with cash so then don’t have invoices or receipts for anything which then means no guarantees or warranties! A pane of glass smashed in our roof lantern and we are having to pick up the bill for new glass and fitting because they won’t take any responsibility for doing an absolute bodge job fitting it full of silicone everywhere. Long list of other problems and not enough characters to tell you all about them. Be warned of these cowboys!

I have site work and private work experience. I do all types of brickwork from gate pillars garden walls building up windows arches extensions and new builds as they say no job to small. I am a very good and neat worker and can forward pictures of jobs I have built
Hung me around for a whole month and a half never even started the job but did come round take some bricks out of the wall in the wrong section and never came back to replace them very unprofessional. I wonder where I stand to suing him for taking bricks out of the wall without my consent. Would like some advice from my builder though.

Completed a full bedroom renovation in our Victorian property. One of the best tradesmen I have come across in a long time. Colin produced a detailed estimate with attention to detail. All amendments and changes along the way were clearly discussed and quoted. Work is to an excellent standard and the finish is quality. Managed all trades which was brilliant. No delays.
