Wayne repointed our 2 bed mid terrace in St Helens. He was efficient, professional and had great communication from start to finish. He was also able to advise at the start of the job that a traditional lime pointing mix would improve the damp we were experiencing in a master bedroom. Talked to Harrison about some repointing on my mum's house, where moisture was getting into the house at the start of December, but due to bad weather and then holidays, the work couldn't be done til the start of Feb. We decided to stick with him as we had confidence in him from what he said when he initially came to look at the job. Through the intervening period, he kept in touch, so we always felt that he had our job in mind. The work was finally done last weekend and we're really happy with it. He was a fast worker, polite, neat and tidy (taking his shoes off to enter the house, which was noticed), and rectified the mistakes of a previous workman who'd come to fix the problem but had actually made it worse. On completion, Harrison left the working area even cleaner than it'd been when he started. All in all, I was impressed, and more importantly for me, my mum (who's had some experiences with bad workmen) was very happy, and wants to get him back to do more work. I had my end terraced house repointed on all 3 sides. Chris, the assessor noticed the back door lintel was missing so I had one installed. The guys doing the work worked non stop. Proper grafters ! They also cleaned up afterwards each day. They got it all done in a within a week. Took pictures when job completed. Overall a job well done
