Was a little late due to having difficulty getting the the right materials for the job but communicated all the way through. John went above and beyond and did all that I asked to a very high standard and even did some extras at no extra charge that I didn't upload in my pictures initially. Rob did a great job measuring and installing a new set of stairs as well as new skirting and architraves. Rob was always on time and always tidied up at the end of the day. Rob provided great advice not just in what was achievable in a technical sense but also what would look good. James and his team did a great job on my two extensions from start to finish and we are really pleased with the end result. James is very thorough with all aspects of the build and constantly made sure I was happy with eveything as the job progressed. Any issues I did have were put right straight away. All his lads are great to speak with and were always mindful of my family and how the work was impacting on us. With any project communication is key and James always picked up the phone and communicated any any issues or decisions that needed sorting. Tony and his lads did a brilliant job of the front porch while we were away on holiday came back to the job completed, floooring down skirting on and all the additional jobs we asked for completed. Tony dealt with everything from design to sourcing the doors we just told him what we wanted and he got it done for a very reasonable price. Adam worked on my kitchen alterations - knocking two rooms into one and installing a RSJ to support the kitchen ceiling. All walls and ceilings were plastered and kitchen units fitted and appliances installed. All work was carried out to a very high standard and completed well within the time quoted. Even when the kitchen suppliers sent a wrong sized end panel Adam resolved the issue and was professional throughout the entire job, doing extra "little" jobs not included were no problem. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and would hire Adam in the future without any hesitation. Highly recommended, reasonably priced - what more can I say? We Originally hired Trojan to call round to take a look at the bathroom sealant issues. However after talking with James and the age of the bathroom we decided to start from scratch and do a full bathroom refurbishment. James and the team were available to start immediately and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product throughout, from stripping the complete bathroom back to brick to the tiling the walls , the electrics , the plastering, to fitting the new bathroom suite and the new LVT flooring. The whole team were professional and clean during the whole process just in time for Xmas.
