I would highly recommend Fireplace and Stoves Services, kept me informed about the job being done which was a couple of days after contacting. We build internal chimney breasts and external twin wall flues. All work is to building regs, comes with a guarantee and a warranty. This tradesperson previously traded as HOT STOVE INSTALLATIONS LTD. All feedback received prior to 6th Oct, 2020 relates to that company.

Andy gave a great impression when he came to quote, clearly knowing a lot about his profession and suggesting good ideas that we hadn't thought of, for how to resolve various issues. He stripped out an old back-boiler, fitted a new boiler, complete set of new radiators and completely new plumbing, all for a very reasonable price. I came across Scott after being quoted by a couple of other defra fitters from another source who both ended up letting me down. Scotts communication was A star. He always communicated well. His quote was pretty good. I have had the stove fitted but it is too warm to enjoy it yet. It is fitted in very neatly and looks quite stylish. All in all I was very impressed with the service and with Scott and his team. Absolutely a joke charged me 600 pound to fit an illegal flue which he fitted upside down no carbon monoxide detector fitted he advised not to use the fire until the next day when we lit it all the smoke came flooding inside the house he left this in an extremely dangerous situation knowing we had a brand new baby in the house when I contacted him he has totally ignored all calls and messages took him to court and he's pretending he has moved property ignored all letter as we won the case please please please stay away from this man he hasn't a clue what he's doing talks a good job and doesn't care what mess he leaves behindLatest review:Fireplaces & Flues-
