Amazing 5* work! Highly recommend James and team. We had a kitchen ground floor extension completed last year; it has exceeded our expectations. James followed up all issues and questions in a professional manner. Jimmy fitted the flooring throughout the ground floor - perfect. Despite the appalling weather the work was completed on time. The extension is also built to such a high standard it weathered the Stalybridge tornado in December!!! Want a little wall or step or something building I’m sure you will be fine but please do not use these cowboys for anything bigger! Endless problems, had their money and now zero aftercare on shoddy workmanship, won’t answer calls or texts. They pay suppliers with cash so then don’t have invoices or receipts for anything which then means no guarantees or warranties! A pane of glass smashed in our roof lantern and we are having to pick up the bill for new glass and fitting because they won’t take any responsibility for doing an absolute bodge job fitting it full of silicone everywhere. Long list of other problems and not enough characters to tell you all about them. Be warned of these cowboys!

Fully Fitted Kitchen & Appliances/Removal of Exterior wall - Install Steel/Plaster wall - Ceilings/New floor/Electrics Ian is a professional and has in-depth knowledge of all building aspects which makes it easy to discuss the project end to end including estimates and time lines which are always of the utmost interest to the me. I agreed the price after several other quotes and Ian got to work…. during the build phase we changed our mind a couple of times with ideas that presented themselves and Ian was always accommodating and offered his experience in doing things a certain way in collaboration with our good ideas we had!! Ian started when he said he would and continued with reliable forecasts even when the plans changed.
