My husband and I just bought a house and we were having a real hard time finding a good builder. They have literally and figuratively been a real blessing. 10 days and they changed the look of our house to our preference. We had our 2 storey extension done by MPM construction. Everything was completed on time and within agreed budget to a very high standard. All issues were resolved promptly without causing any delays (sewage pipe was discovered when digging foundation so design change was required). We were kept informed of the progress at all times. Looking from his experience, Miroslav suggested some changes to our design, which we accepted. We liked their workmanship so much, that we hired them again for our garden and driveway refurbishment. And again work was completed to a high standard and for very competitive price. MPM construction team is very experienced, professional and honest. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Hi I am a general builder. I have been in the building for 22 years, trading for 6 years on my own through word of mouth and recommendation.I studied bricklaying at college and have a level 2 NVQ. I am also a plaster/Chippy/Groundworker/tiler all learnt from working along side other tradesmen.i also have a good team of other trades for the bits I don’t do and for bigger jobs. I take on all works from extensions to refurbs and landscaping.

Never finished job, took on too many builds elsewhere, put tiles roof on, leaked soo bad for two weeks, filled SIX 200 litre barrels, all insulating was wet and fell out. Roof had to be stripped and get a roofer in (Munton), Bricklayer didnt turn up for four weeks, and Paul didnt notice, called me to see if he had been in. Brickwork shocking (see website photo), Building inspector not called in latter half of build, no final inspection or sign off. Asked Paul for invoices, he cant supply me any invoices because he didnt keep records, Asked me what amount I would like putting down on an invoice. I had to pull down scaffolding on my own, in the middle of the night / dark and pouring rain, after being told it would be removed but no, Still up two weeks after being needed and it needed to be down as bifold doors were being fitted next morning, Paul wasnt interested. Valentin, Dan and Chris did a great job turning an old wooden shed into a beautiful teenage den / home office. They stripped the shed down to the original wooden frame, replaced the roof and cladding, subdivided the internal space into two rooms and a small shower room. The job was reasonably priced though there was a little scope creep much of it due to additions to the original specification that resulted in an increase in price. With hindsight we should have made sure we kept track of additional work. They were friendly, tidy and considerate in the work and the dog loved having them around. They were professional and hardworking and we were pleased with the final result which was excellent value for money. We would recommend Valentin and his team and will have them back to do more work for us.

Could not be happier. Marshal is professional, kind and sensitive to individual building needs. Got the job done to an incredible standard for cheaper than any of the other quotes and in very good time. I had a section of garden wall that had been pushed over by tree roots and no access to the garden other than through the house. Marshal and his guys were kind, friendly, kept the house clean on their way through and did a fantastic job. Cody, one of marshals employees was particularly kind and even took time to answer my children's endless questions. I'll be using this company again for sure and would recommend to anyone who needs building work doing.
