Get in touchAsked them to come and investigate the job on 05/09/2024 and the job is only now completed 21/11/2024. So took 2.5 months to complete a 2 day job. Once the deposit was taken things slowed right down. There were multiple communication issues, where instructions were not read and had to be repeated. The company appears to serve a bigger customer perhaps Homeserve, which may explain some of the delays. The job was completed by 3 different sets of workmen. 2 were very good, but 1 was a bit sloppy. I think this firm would be good for certain jobs, but be careful that timelines are agreed and job is specified to the smallest detail to avoid issues.
