Bob arrived on time as arranged we talked about the job,Bob made gave some good advice on how to proceed with the works we agreed a price which was very competitive and we agreed a start date his men arrived on site as agreed works progressed quickly and efficiently. They sorted out a problem found unexpected steals in existing wall which was to be removed. Nothing was to much trouble for them even down to altering some brickwork above a lintel which my client was not happy with. Tj, Paul and the team have done an absolutely fantastic job for what we wanted doing to the front and back of our home. They listened and knew exactly what to do. They over came a problem so efficiently and quickly to make sure it was done correctly and safe. They are honest, professional, polite, clean and tidy. CorePro are a dedicated, professional and trustworthy team, whose quality of work and attention to detail sets them apart. Our project involved a flat conversion in a Victorian house to create a new bedroom as well as a full renovation. From the initial meeting with director Ion, I was impressed with the ideas put forward for the new layout as well as the detail within the scope of work, which made it easy for me to see how the budget broke down. There were details which we had not considered previously and Ion was direct but honest about what would be required. Ion offered informative advice throughout the planning process and once we’d been granted our planning permissions, the building project was expertly handled by Sergiu. The project ran to schedule and any problems/issues along the way were resolved quickly by Sergiu and his team. Sergiu’s attention to detail is very impressive and as well as managing each trade, he ensures that the work done is of a high quality. They had an additional headache with their client (yours truly!) being onsite most days working in order to save on the budget. Their team were not only good to work with, but offered helpful advice for the work we were carrying out, with us being novices in the DIY world!
