Darren came round on a Saturday morning and fitted the TV bracket into a tricky wall material that he had not come across before. It was a clean polite install, had floor coverings down and bought his own hoover to clear up after himself. Will be having him back for other jobs, thanks.

Lewis was very prompt to come and quote for the works we needed and is also a genuine chap. He was more costly than other quotes we received but being more local and more accommodating to our time frame we decided to go with LRL. The job was carried out on the date agreed and I was informed of timings etc regularly. The guys were done digging off on the Saturday and Lewis allowed us to hold back some of the payment to ensure the grab lorry arrived on the Monday. I wouldn’t say that the finished result is the ‘bowls green’ level finish I was assured I’d receive when Lewis submitted his price, in fact far from it, and have since had to have other tradesmen in to get the finish I thought I was getting with Lewis. However the works went smoothly and in the timeframe I was told so overall a neutral experience
