Get in touchVery pleased! Ricky came out at a convenient time to quote shortly after initial conversations. The work turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated but he explained everything that needed doing and broke down the costing of the quote really clearly. There was absolutely no pressure to choose him for the job either and he was very patient waiting for a response! The work (removing old damp plaster, treating damp, installing a membrane and replastering) has been done to an excellent standard (I have never seen such smooth walls!) and despite it being a very messy job Ricky did his best to protect my carpets and keep any dirt and damage to a minimum. The work was all completed according to the time schedule he gave me when quoting and he left my house as neat and tidy as possible. As a single female homeowner it can be hard to find tradespeople that make me feel comfortable when quoting and carrying out work but I didn’t have that issue at any point with Ricky. Thankyou!

Get in touchDaniel is an experienced builder. He came and made a careful assessment of the problem differentiating between rising damp (conservatory), and condensation ( bedrooms). He also noticed the air bricks for our wooden floor had been covered and warned of dry rot if they were left as they were. He was easy to communicate with and answered subsequent questions clearly. He and Mark arrived on time, worked steadily, covered surfaces, moved furniture etc and cleaned up afterwards. They fitted a PIV and vent, a damp course in the conservatory (built without one!) and down the drive side of the house - new driveway five years ago was too near the original damp course - and cleaned off all the mildew in the bedrooms. I had a old ugly looking ceiling which he levelled out for me and I had cracks in wall which he sorted out for me. I would recommend him 100%. He’s a very nice guy down to earth. I tried contacting him again as taken time to clear the room as he requested.
