We selected them based on their comparatively low quote, and their quick availability. The team working on our house consisted of three people, with Thomas being our interface (and occasional translator), and Robert being an experienced builder. They have some connections to specialists who also sometimes did work (e.g. engineer). As we are busy people, we wanted to leave the job in good hands. Robert has a keen eye, and isn't afraid to make smart suggestions. The work is of good quality, and Robert takes pride in doing it right. Really helpful for those of us that are too busy to do significant DYI. Thomas was always available to discuss any issues or ideas. The work did come in somewhat over budget and somewhat late, but this is to be expected for a large project like ours. Partially because we kept asking them to do additional jobs.
