Get in touchDylan & Stu did a downstairs extension for us this summer and we are so thrilled with the outcome! They were both really lovely people as well as super efficient from the very start. They didn't mind us asking a million questions and were more than happy to answer them and make sure we were happy and confident with everything. As the building work part finished and the subcontractors work took over (electrician etc), they always popped back in regularly to check everything was going smoothly and chased up anything outstanding. It took 4 months over winter to complete the project using poor architectural drawings supplied but their knowledge and expertise overcame any issues that arose. Communication was excellent where we were updated regularly so we knew what was going on. They ensured everything was tidied up at the end of the day and the work was completed to an excellent standard. They also co-ordinated the plasterer, electrician and plumber so we didn’t have the stress of arranging them ourselves. The work was completed to a very high standard, they ensured everything ran smoothly and we finished on schedule. Their many years of experience in the trade was really apparent from the off and this knowledge continued throughout the whole project. They were always friendly and approachable with us and our neighbours, and considerate with our home. We will happily use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.
