The whole property was in a really filthy state, so all credit for taking on this job. As a result, Umar was then awarded the job to completely recarpet and lino for the bathroom and kitchens. Umar came back on the appointed day, installed quickly at around half the price I had previously been quoted by a local supplier. Highly recommend using Umar if you have a tenanted property.
