We had a small extension added onto the back of the house. The job went superbly and we are really pleased with the finished results. Communication was great and every trade turned up on time and completed to a very high standard. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Hired Rob to build a large 2 storey wrap around to a 3 bed detached house and a full new roof over the whole thing. Rob worked directly on the project along with Paul and together make a great team. From the offset Rob was confident in how he would approach each element of the job and was proactive in planning ahead and ensuring he had plant and materials on site when needed. Rob called in other trades when required such as plumbing, electrical and a firm to pump and lay concrete flooring. He involved me as much as needed when decisions were to be made throughout the job but was always busy and kept a high pace of progress all the way through. Communication with Rob was good throughout the project both with regards to finances and timescales. This was key so we could tackle and overcome unforseen circumstances together. Ultimately Rob, and Paul, have left me with an amazing house I love coming home to.Latest review:Extensions-

KS did an infill kitchen extension for us this autumn and we're so pleased we chose them. They are really tidy and respectful of you and your home, we had a new baby and they were so considerate and thoughtful and it was so appreciated. All of the tradesmen that KS brought in were also really friendly, respectful, tidy and did a great job. Dylan kept us updated at all times and any issues we came across with the build, KS problem solved and discussed everything with us along the way. There was a couple of tiny snags at the end as to be expected with any build and KS resolved these with no quibble. The end result looks great outside and in, the new space has made a huge difference to the downstairs space in our house. Very professional and we would definitely have them back if an opportunity arose in future !

Corey is under police investigation for Harassment and stealing. I hired him to build a conservatory. I paid him a deposit £1720 and £4000 on the first day of work. After that he constantly started asking for extra money. Finally in 3 and half months my conservatory was completed. But the roof was done very badly: without lead, rivets, dry verges and tiles were in disorder. It leaked every where. He refused to fix it and told me to hire somebody else to fix it. So I took off £600 from the last payment to find someone to redo the roof. One week later instead of to come and fix the roof, he stole all glass from my conservatory. So, I ended up with badly leaking roof and no glass. Now Nottinghamshire police has a case about Harassment, because he threaten me and Trading Standards has a case of stolen glass and leaking roof. He told me it is not his first time. He knows how to sneak out from this situation. I would like to worn you if you want to hire him.Latest review:Extensions-
