Did everything this chap asked. Didn’t shortlist anyone else, ordered my own supplies and arranged for disposal of rubbish. We agreed a date which was the same date the supplies would arrive. 5 days before I texted him to confirm arrangement and he informed me he wouldn’t be able to come that day. Had to get someone else to do the job. In my opinion unreliable.

We have been left with no end of problems including basicially re-wiring all of what we had paid for, 2 fireplaces not working, patio and drive not finished and all paid for
