He was hired ultimately for his experience in this field of work, but his positive/enthusiastic character was reassuring and could see he was easy to work with. I found John explained things well, addressed my concerns and more importantly he was realistic to what could be done, but also warned me of the risks/worst-case scenario - ultimately my expectations was managed well. John is reasonably priced and i believe he worked to the appropriate amount of days and did not take advantage of this arrangement of being on a daily rate. Overall, John is a good guy to work with and i am really pleased with the results of the work he has done - I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Get in touchBob arrived on time as arranged we talked about the job,Bob made gave some good advice on how to proceed with the works we agreed a price which was very competitive and we agreed a start date his men arrived on site as agreed works progressed quickly and efficiently. They sorted out a problem found unexpected steals in existing wall which was to be removed. Nothing was to much trouble for them even down to altering some brickwork above a lintel which my client was not happy with. Offered a very competitive quote, with a easy to understand breakdown of all the costs involved. Kept us informed throughout the project.
