Adam came out at very short notice to give me a quote on the work that needed doing and he completed the work the following day to a very high standard. Adam had to drain my heating system, disconnect the heating and bathroom pipework, including the toilet, remove water damaged flooring and replace with new flooring. We had bought the wrong thickness of flooring so Adam went to get the right size and as it was too large to fit in his car, he took his tools to cut it down at the store. Adam came back and replaced the flooring and fitted the new pipework. He also fixed the toilet seat without me mentioning it and replaced the pipework to the sink which was beyond the scope of the request. Adam is a really nice guy and went out of his way to be helpful. Would highly recommend him.

Mark and his colleague gutted and refit a new downstairs cloakroom bathroom for us, including a new ceiling, floor, door and wall replastering. We had an exceptionally professional and helpful service from Mark and his colleague, from the initial consultation and throughout the work which was completed in a timely manner, and he stuck to his target deadlines. Unlike other tradesman we haved used before, if he identified a hidden issue and the job took longer as a result, he stayed longer until the work for the day was complete. He is very hard working and productive. He managed to find a solution for many challenges and provided us with regular options and updates.
