Kurtis was really knowledgable, had an emergency with some tiles, he suggested where I could go and got discount for them too. When choosing which quote to accept I considered both the price and how well the plumber seemed to understand my vision. For me, Paul was the best option. His quote was fair and realistic - and it detailed each job so I knew that nothing had been overlooked - and I could tell he understood what I wanted the finished product to look like. Paul allowed me to access his trade discount and I purchased the suite myself, which saved me approx. £500. His communication both before and during the project was great, so the process was as smooth as could be. When unexpected issues did come up, Paul explained them to me and always offered solutions that I was happy with. The final product is exactly what I envisioned and a month on from the job I've had no issues with the bathroom at all. I've also since used Paul again for some work in my kitchen. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Get in touchI recently hired T Fox Multitrade for a bathroom renovation, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Initially, everything seemed to be going well, but as the project progressed, I noticed several issues with the quality of work. There were inconsistencies in the finishes, and certain aspects of the job did not meet the agreed-upon standards. When I raised my concerns with Thomas I was disappointed with the response. Instead of addressing the issues and working towards a solution, the builder chose to leave the job unfinished. As a result, I'm left with an incomplete bathroom and will need to hire another contractor to finish the work. I understand that renovations can have their challenges, but I believe that customer service and a commitment to quality are essential. Based on my experience, I would recommend thoroughly discussing expectations and ensuring that any agreement is clearly outlined before proceeding with this builder.
