Umberto and his team charged us half the amount other companies had quoted. The quality of the work was outstanding, with everything provided and completed within a week. We are a small charity, and Umberto was highly respectful of our service, keeping any disruption to a minimum, clearing everything up on a daily basis and not bothering us for anything at all. We were amazed at the transformation, which has meant that we are now more inclusive and compliant as a service. Our funding came from Screwfix direct, for this job, and I am sure that they would have been delighted with our chosen Builder, Umberto. We would definitely book him again in the future, without hesitation, and are more than happy to recommend him, and his team, if you want a professional and competitively priced quality job. Provided copy of all purchase items, inc. tile sizes before start of job- he then later complained about the size of tiles! Little effort made to avoid getting whole floor dusty+ not partitioning off work space. Was charged 15% of quote for waste removal (this went into back of his car no doubt as dom waste) but spotted on door-cam shaking down dust sheets/debris/ rubble in front hedge. Within days contacted him due to cistern constantly trickling into toilet bowl/ puddling on floor. Surprisingly he REFUSED to return without being paid AGAIN to cover his “costs”-adamant that fault was of brand new system+ that he'd checked everything “several times”–eventually gave up on him+ had to call out ANOTHER plumber who quickly identified flush valve not correctly adjusted+ resolved the straight forward install errors. Vinyl floor became loose from the floor as clearly not installed properly – gave him over a week to respond and have been completely IGNORED. Craig replaced a bath panel for me. He was very polite and personable and got the job done quickly, at short notice. He Literally came and fitted it as soon as the panel was delivered.
