Not only did he arrive promptly on short notice, but his work was also executed with the utmost professionalism and precision disconnecting and then reconnecting our gas cooker in time for new flooring to be fitted. He also tested for leaks in our gas piping system and then finally the performance of our cooker to ensure it was not faulty. They completely stripped out the old bathroom and transformed it into a beautiful wet room with a new sink and floating toilet. From the very beginning, communication was excellent and everything was carried out smoothly and professionally. They were polite, respectful, and incredibly tidy throughout, always taking extra care to protect our carpets and flooring while they worked. The standard of work was brilliant. The finished bathroom looks amazing and the attention to detail really shows.
