Most positive encounter with a tradesperson ever! BRILLIANT communication throughout, a high standard of work undertaken, punctual and tidy. From the start, Adrian came when he said he was going to (to quote), came back for a site visit a couple of days prior to the job starting, and then messaged to reassure that he had the materials and what time he’d come the next week. After day 1 (of 2), he didn’t ask for money but due to the level and standard of work that had been undertaken to that point, we were more than happy to split payment and pay some then and the remainder after the job had been completed. We also complete external works, block paving and patios, landscaping and external rendering. We have our own plastering and rendering team, full time plumbers for new heating systems, repairs and also for new bathrooms - we also complete high quality kitchen installations - our aim is to delight our clients.
Very satisfied with Will, Luke and their team. It took 4 months over winter to complete the project using poor architectural drawings supplied but their knowledge and expertise overcame any issues that arose. Communication was excellent where we were updated regularly so we knew what was going on. They ensured everything was tidied up at the end of the day and the work was completed to an excellent standard. They also co-ordinated the plasterer, electrician and plumber so we didn’t have the stress of arranging them ourselves.
