Get in touchInitially I was a little sceptical about looking on My Builder, but I really shouldn’t have been. From initial contact with Darren, he was completely professional. When he quoted the job, he arrived on time, explained all the options and ultimately respected my choices. We scheduled the job for a few weeks later and Darren even brought Mark (our fitter) around to meet us prior to the job starting. During the job, Mark arrived on time every day, and his workmanship was to the highest possible standard. At the end of each day he showed us what he’d achieved and explained what was planned for the following day. Mark was a real ‘grafter’ and his attention to detail is amazing. During the job we also had regular communication with Darren; he would either call or pop in to see how the job was going. We now have an amazing, modern en-suite which we’ll get many years out of. Personally, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring back Darren and Mark for further work. Fantastic job guys.

Some additional work was identified once the floor was lifted but they resolved the tricky issue with the minimum of fuss. Clean and tidy, a very friendly pair of workmen, and the quality of their work was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend them.
