We also complete external works, block paving and patios, landscaping and external rendering. We have our own plastering and rendering team, full time plumbers for new heating systems, repairs and also for new bathrooms - we also complete high quality kitchen installations - our aim is to delight our clients.
The whole team were extremely friendly and worked to a very high standard. I had a large chimney breast removed and a brick wall removed both of which took half a Saturday (each) as will and the guys worked very fast. They always showed up on time and made sure to clean up after themselves, taking away all waste and even taking a few other bits of rubbish I had from my house renovation. They sorted out the building control side of things for me and advised me of any changes to the plan as problems arose so that I was fully informed. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable and never changed even with some small changes to to work required. It’s always difficult inviting a stranger into your home to complete work but minutes after meeting John I knew he was the right man for the job. He had a very friendly but professional approach and it became clear while chatting to him that he had many years expertise and knowledge under his belt. My property had flooded due to a failed component in a Victoria style shower - extremely expensive to replace but John made light work of locating the issue and repairing the failed part. Ignores problems and never answers the phone. Estimate was originally 5-7 days, we're in week and have discovered issues with every second fix. We had two other builders check the work which is sub standard. Wet room/shower not tanked as per building regs. Underfloor heating not connected. Taps, shower, concealed cistern and wastes all set incorrectly. Now everything has to be ripper out to get to pipework and wastes. Chris doesn't answer is phone, has not been here since start of project and I've issue legal procedures against him and his company to get my money back and the cost of the materials. I now have to find more money to pay someone else.

Dan was very thorough in investigating and finding the leak in to our kitchen ceiling. He was also very thorough in repairs, completely resealing our shower base and a couple of other improvements to stop water escaping and getting underneath at the front of the shower. He left the whole thing cleaner than when he started! Dan did a first rate job at a reasonable price and I wouldn’t hesitate to employ him again. We have a good relationship with building control, gas safe engineers and fensa approved window fitters. We can cover all home renovations from full refurbs, loft and garage conversions, all plastering, re wires and structural alterations. We also install new kitchens, bathrooms and all types of flooring.
