Liam was very helpful and professional from the very first beginning, he always responded back to me quickly and he had patience with me when I was asking lots of questions before the work started. Liam exchanged the polycarbonate roof sheets for us and the handle at the sliding door and the conservatory looks great now. Ignores problems and never answers the phone. Estimate was originally 5-7 days, we're in week and have discovered issues with every second fix. We had two other builders check the work which is sub standard. Wet room/shower not tanked as per building regs. Underfloor heating not connected. Taps, shower, concealed cistern and wastes all set incorrectly. Now everything has to be ripper out to get to pipework and wastes. Chris doesn't answer is phone, has not been here since start of project and I've issue legal procedures against him and his company to get my money back and the cost of the materials. I now have to find more money to pay someone else.

I mostly build extentions so all aspects of joinery are undertaken, studwork, suspended floors, skirting board, decking, fencing. I can also do roof tiling, rubber roofing, facia and guttering.
